Custom Handmade Products
At ArtDecors, every sign is individually handcrafted and made specifically for you. Because our products are custom-made, personalized, and created according to your selected design, size, colors, and specifications, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for custom orders due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.
Each piece requires dedicated design work, material preparation, and production time, which begins after your order is confirmed.
Order Approval & Custom Designs
For personalized and custom orders, we encourage customers to carefully review all order details, including:
✓ Name spelling and personalization details
✓ Size selection
✓ Color choices
✓ Design preferences
If a design mockup is provided, production will begin only after approval. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We take great care in creating and packaging every order. However, if your sign arrives damaged, defective, or there is an error on our part, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Details of the issue
We will review the situation and work with you to find the best possible solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another appropriate resolution.
Quality Commitment
Your satisfaction is important to us. While custom products cannot be returned or refunded, we are always willing to work with our customers to resolve any genuine concerns and ensure you are happy with your ArtDecors purchase.

Cancellations
Because each order may require custom design preparation and material processing, cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled.
